Refund policy

Evil Black Clothing Company will accept returns and exchanges for items purchased from evilblackclothingcompany.com subject to the following conditions.

  1. Unless otherwise agreed upon by us at our absolute discretion, all items are sold on a no returns basis, unless the following conditions apply: 
  2. - Incorrect items are supplied to you.
  3. - The items are faulty.
  4. If the item is not what you ordered (including any replacements), or does not correspond with its description, we will, at our option, either deliver a replacement item or provide a store credit.
  5. Claims for credit must be within (10) days of receipt of purchase. To make a claim, please email: evilblackclothing@hotmail.com. If we accept the return of the items for credit, you will be notified of the appropriate procedure to be followed to return items.
  6. If you are entitled to a refund from us, due it a faulty manufactured item, we will make the payment as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days.
  7. Any items accepted for return for store credit or refund must be returned in the original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and all tags attached. Credits or refunds can and will be refused if items are returned not in the original state.
  8. Please note, Evil Black Clothing Company accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage occurring in transit by Australia Post or other freighting companies. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
